I try to weave something with all these threads, I don't know what exactly, but I keep weaving, even if it isn't much

Managed to pass the [[French]] [[DELF]] [[B1]] exam. I managed to pass the last one ([[A2]]) purely through Duolingo and some reading and listening practice all on my own, and for this one I didn't really put that much effort and barely passed but my comprehension is improving for sure and I do think that just using Duolingo might not be good for language learning but if your goal is just to give the exam Duolingo + specific exam practice might just help. This includes doing at least 2-3 mock exams apart from Duolingo so you know what you need to drill. I did do some journal writing using apart from Duolingo as well actually. My main goal of studying French was never to listen and speak initially, it was only to read and write. What I understand from the exams is that my speaking ends up being better because I can colloquialize well but as my writing is better in english than french, I keep searching for the right words to say in french and slow down or say the wrong things.
